The five subsistence healthier of the world
What is the kitchen healthier of the world? This was the question that responded to the Forbes magazine when a few days ago published which is the traditional cuisine healthier of the world.
The study was conducted by Harley Pasternak nutritionist that was based on their own research carried out during their trips around the world and in some statistical data as life expectancy, index of obesity and eating habits, to answer the question.
The specialist arrived in interesting conclusions; the subsistence healthier of the world is:
1. Japan: the rate of obesity in Japan is extremely low. The Japanese based its food to consume small portions of food, and the products they use are the healthiest, as the fish and the green vegetables.
