More Sleep More Healthy
You agree with me that it would be ideal that one day had more than 24 hours in order to sleep more. Many people are lifted very early in the morning to begin with their daily activities, returning to their home late and not sleep through the number of hours that are needed (the recommended are 7 hours a day).
