10 Keys recommended to avoid the virus
The theme of the prevention and control of Influenza H1N1- does not end yet. We must remain outstanding, particularly those that we have young children at home. In my country, Panama, we have top 600 cases, it is too in proportion to the amount of inhabitants, and we have already registered two deaths.
To continue with this issue, although many not liking the constant reference to the same, les attached by way of recorders, this Decalogue of 10 key recommendations to avoid the virus, which would very likely many already practiced and are aware of them; I have found in elm undo. 1. Avoid contact with people who have been diagnosed the disease.

8. A healthy life allows confront the disease in the best health conditions. Eat fruit and vegetables rich in vitamins A and C (carrot, papaya, guava, orange, tangerine, lime, lemon and pineapple), exercise or avoid habits such as alcohol and tobacco contributes to improving the defenses.
9. It is important to avoid the saturation of the emergency services. In case of symptoms of influenza, go to your primary care physician.

Why we have to try to “disconnected” ?
Most of us belong to this type of people who are “connected” throughout the day. Among the work, cellular and home computer, there are days in which we spent the majority of our time lost on the Internet.
Although this is not necessarily negative, since it lost in the web keeps our brain asset, it is not entirely positive be for hours and hours lost out there.
That is why, as much as we like losing to discover interesting things on the Internet, it is important to know away from it, and occupy our time in other ways.
*A good way to do this is setting hours in which is forbidden to use internet. For example, then leaving work you cannot walk to a computer.
*Another way is by limits. We all have that friend who is connected all the time, using a laptop, iPhone or whatever feels the need to be always online. Many times this is not really necessary, but they are only distractions that affect the facts of the real life around it. An alternative is fixed at a only time of day to respond mails or be on the web.
*Saves your laptop. Save the laptop in the closet, or where it is, but that comes out of your view is a good idea. And you will be moving away the temptation to be online all the time and you can concentrate on other things.
*Many people may need “talk really”, there are times that only chatted via the internet. This is not for nothing good, a conversation “face to face” is necessary for the social life of any person. It seeks talk really with someone at least once a day. It may sound very extreme but it is true that there are people who should be bound to interact with the outside world.
