Too much sleep, too much risks.

If you are a woman and slept nine hours or more to the night, could have a greater risk of suffering a stroke (LCA), according to a new study.
A preliminary study has examined the relationship between the sleep duration and risk of accident cerebro-vascular, the authors of the new study found an increased risk in people who slept more than eight hours, but not in people who slept less than six.
The new study focused on 93,175 women from 50 to 79 years, who participated in the Woman’s Health Initiative, in which the 8.3 per cent of the women said they slept five hours or less in a night, while the 4.6 percent said they slept at least nine hours per night.

The instinctive reaction that normally takes a deep depression is to enter the bed and hide. The bed provides comfort, protection and, above all, heat. The first experiment was divided into two groups to 65 volunteers. The first group were asked to imagine moments of his life in which they felt lonely and abandoned, while the second they were asked to think in moments when he had worked as a team to taste. Another experiment was that the students themselves play to a computer game. The first were paragraphs of the action of the same, while the latter were actively involved. The beneficial of Omega 3.

The acids Omega-3 are beneficial against bipolar disorder and depression. This is the conclusion of a study conducted by a scientific team at the Institute of Agronomic Research in France (INRA). Omega-3 acting against the depression and bipolar disorder.

I dare say that are endless opportunities in which we have no hunger but equal eat in the form compulsive, or because our fans of the snacks or simply because we see other eat and we want to “join”.
