In this occasion presenting one of many possible circuits existing training, this to train in a short period of time (two or three months) most of our muscles.<br />
But in the first place remember that a good training in circuits must have exercises of arms, back, abdominal, legs and exercises combined. However, none of these exercises must be present disproportionately in relation to the other, since in a training circuit everything must be balanced.<br />
A possible model of circuit of exercises to get to pitch is as follows:<br />

- 10 Repetitions of buttocks<br />
- 10 Repetitions of triceps with pulley<br />
- 30 Repetitions of lumbar<br />
Train Station 3:<br />
- 10 Minutes of Cardio tape<br />
- 10 Repetitions of contractora<br />
- 10 Repetitions of serratos with pulley<br />
- 10 Repetitions of press of shoulders (like the press banking but with shoulders)<br />
- 10 Repetitions of the press of legs with an extension of ankles<br />
This is just one type of circuit training, and there are many variations that determine it. But there is something essential not to forget, and is that all kinds of training and routine, if we beginners in bodybuilding, must be carried out with a supervisor at the side that we indicate the steps to follow and the weights to lift. The only one who can worry about effectively by one is one.</p>
