We must remain outstanding, particularly those that we have young children at home. In my country, Panama, we have top 600 cases, it is too in proportion to the amount of inhabitants, and we have already registered two deaths.
To continue with this issue, although many not liking the constant reference to the same, les attached by way of recorders, this Decalogue of 10 key recommendations to avoid the virus, which would very likely many already practiced and are aware of them; I have found in elm undo. Is health, and I thought it was very interesting to share with you.
1. Avoid contact with people who have been diagnosed the disease.

The only accesses of entry to the influenza virus H1N1 are the nostrils, the mouth and throat. It is almost impossible not infected with H1N1, despite all the precautions. The contact with the virus is not so much the problem, as their proliferation.

While you still is healthy and do not show any symptoms of H1N1, in order to prevent the proliferation, worsening of symptoms and development of secondary infections, follow these simple steps, which is not highlighted in the official communications, and that can be put into practice, instead of focusing on how to store N95 or Tamiflú.

1. Wash hands frequently.

2. Resist the temptation of touching the face, any part of the face, unless it is to eat or bathing.

3. Gargle twice a day with water of salt tibia (use oxygenated water diluted, Listerine if no confidence in the salt). H1N1 remains in the throat and in the nasal cavity two or three days after the contagion, and then shows its characteristic symptoms. Simple gargling prevents their proliferation. The gargle with water salt, or oxygenated water diluted, have the same effect on an individual healthy that the Tamiflú in an infected person. Don’t underestimate this simple, cheap and powerful preventive method.

4. Clean your nostrils at least once a day with water of salt tibia- Blowing strong at least once a day and clean the nose swabs moistened with water of salt lukewarm. It is very effective and decreases the viral population.

5. Strengthen your immune system with foods rich in vitamin C. If takes a supplement of vitamin C, make sure that also contains Zinc, which stimulates its absorption.

6. Drink plenty of fluids lukewarm, tea, coffee, etc, as much as possible. Drinking warm liquids has the same effect of the gargle, but in the opposite direction. Carry the virus to the stomach, where they cannot survive, proliferate or cause any damage.

For many people still has not passed the fear of a possible contagion of influenza A, despite the insistence of the public agencies and the media (among those who is this blog health) to reduce the state of anxiety collectively. One of the concerns that there are in the environment is that relates to influenza A and travel, because both the airport as public transport are places of agglomerations.

It is advisable to avoid, in the extent possible, the agglomerations of people, but only when the flu to be in phases of a higher incidence. Airports, train stations, subway or bus are crowded places.

Despite the fact that there have been some countries that have taken special measures at airports, not allowing the arrival of flights from countries with source of infection, it appears that this measure is absurd. In Spain, for example, has not been taken such a measure and at the moment, nor is going to do anything special, not to be detected an upsurge in cases of contagion of influenza A. While neither flying nor is there that extreme precautionary measures, sufficient to continue doing the same made in land, because the risk of infection is the same. With regard to the public transport, does not lack fail to use them. But eye, it is always advisable

Always advisable not to do so when the incidence of the flu is greater, as we said before. In the event that will have to use and you cannot avoid, it is recommended that you do touches the eyes, nose or mouth, and that you wash the hands as you can to exit the means of transport.
