Dr. Alan Greene, one of the nutritionists more known, recently published a list of the 5 natural foods that all women should include in your diet. We are going to know what ingredients should not miss so that we can plan our daily diet.

The pace of life current causes that women have a lack of dairy products in their food. That is why the consumption of yoghurt dietetic, skim milk or cereals is widely recommended. Dairy products are beneficial for both children and adults. They are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and other essential fatty acids necessary for the proper functioning of our body.

The lettuce and other green vegetables such as the broccoli, the spinach or parsley constitute a formidable source of antioxidants and should not be lacking in our menu. Apples are also an excellent food.
