The enzyme of papaya served against decay
A group of local researchers designed and developed a gel of implementation dental that has as active principle to enzyme obtained latex of the papaya (“Carica papaya”), better known as papaya. The result? A new important tool against the decay.
He explained that the papaya is proteolytic enzyme obtained latex of the green papaya. “You cannot believe that by the simple fact eat this fruit be free of cavities.
