Habit of sleep in children
It is not the first that in this blog of health discussed the issue of the dream, because they rest and sleep well is fundamental to be active during the day. On this occasion we wondered how to get habit of sleep in children, in the smaller, which are those who have to take a habit soon to ensure, in the extent possible, a rest and a dream correct and deep. The most important when it reaches the bedtime for a small child or for a baby, is to bring a routine. You know what to do and that it is always the same.
