Take stretching exercises before swimming

The swimming is one of the sports more complete than there are, and its greatest benefit is that exercises absolutely all parts of our body. And as any exercise, although not demanded a timely effort and intense on some muscles more than others (at least a degree excessive compared), requires precautions to avoid possible injuries.
It is important to take into account some stretching exercises that you will be useful both before you start your series of swimming pools as after having completed.
The first of these exercises is to stretch the dorsal and serrate. Put the right foot behind and in line with the left. Then, keeping your head and neck straight, bow toward the left side while maintaining the right arm on your head and stretched enough to feel that you are working on the dorsal and serrate.
