Transtheoretical Model
When decided to move to live a healthier life, it is not only to leave the hamburgers and become fans of the salads, but that change is deeper. The necessary change is a change of behavior, in which we must detach ourselves from the bad habits and start to have a lifetime healthier, without reducing everything to food.
Nutritionists, coaches and athletes know that to succeed need to do much more to create a meal plan and follow him. They know that the change is mental; you have to understand how and why do certain things, and acquire new habits.
At times it is understood that the success is in eating a certain amount of grams of carbohydrates or drink enough water.
