In Nielsen, a company that is dedicated to providing information related to the measurements of hearing, business and other services, made a study in relation to the obesity worldwide.

The obesity, in the first instance, seems to be a problem only of the Americans, and yet this far much of the reality, there are indeed people around the world that attempting to lose weight.

Nielsen consulted to citizens of 52 different countries and found that more than half of respondents were overweight. While the concern about the obesity is global, the ways of addressing this issue vary according to the place.

How do you make in different parts of the world to lose weight?

1. Change the diet.

The 78 percent of the people think make changes in your diet. One of every five people in the world believes that their diet is healthy; United States only one in seven believes they eat healthy.

The 68 percent said they think eliminate the fat, 65 per cent think leave the chocolates and sugar, 53% intends to start eating fresh, 46 percent of respondents think eat more girls of which is eating. The 29% resolved eat less processed foods. AND less than 10 percent intends to continue diets as the Atkins or similar programs.

2. Exercise more.

More than two thirds of respondents think exercised more; however, the definition of exercise varies. Not all the countries are exercised with the same frequency, in North America while they have the records highest overweight, and also are the most are exercised.

3. Pills to lose weight or special shakes.

Each time they are more people who think resorting to the pills to lose weight, and other supplements. However, this method is more expensive for lose weight.
