Take a rest and restore your energy
There are times that half of the day already feel that our energies are at zero, there is no case, no matter that we have fallen asleep right or wrong, the question is that we have left much of the day to live and we no longer have energy. It is in these cases when it becomes necessary to take a good siesta.
A siesta does not mean we are lazy, quite the contrary, because taking a nap improve our performance because it is a natural way to reduce stress, improving the cognitive functions, be more vigilant and to improve our capacity to react.
During the night need sleep around 7 or 8 hours daily, and during the afternoon nap with about 20, 25 minutes because we will be well.

You can also set the alarm, but want sleep for a long time, you can take a nap and set the alarm clock to which you are not pass the hours sleeping.
