The vegan diet

The vegan diet of which we have already spoken in this site has several aspects controversial and various implications of all kinds. Moreover, the take this diet for ideological reasons is something quite respectable, but in my view has several empty used that do not understand.

But apart from the controversies that arise in the wake of the vegan diet, a recent study has validated as an option nutritional positive to avoid the rheumatoid arthritis, placing as a diet that can bring benefits to people prone to develop the disease.

The study has been carried out by Swedish scientists of Karolinska Institute, and has an empirical base underpinned by the investigation that has been carried out with a group of volunteers, which threw the conclusion expressed previously.

Working with 38 people who remained a vegan diet and with 28 other who remained a balanced diet but not vegan, the scientists studied throughout a year of evolution of protein levels to check what positive implications to organizational level was the fact follow a vegan diet.

In this way, after this year on research, was achieved verify that a diet of this type dramatically reduces the levels of bad cholesterol, which is something very positive to counteract the rheumatoid arthritis.

I look with a bit of mistrust to this option nutritional status, and in fact can entail some nutritional deficiencies if remains strictly. However, investigations of this type used to see that everything has implications both negative and positive.
